This week's workout: Bodyweight Metabolic Circuit!

Bodyweight Metabolic Circuit

 

Go break a sweat this week with these metabolic exercises!

Warmup Set:

Up & Out Jacks - 15 each

 

Side Bridge - Rotation - 5 each side

 

Frog Squat - 8 reps

Main Set:

[Repeat 3-4 times, 30 second rest after all exercises before the next round]

 

Burpees - 15 reps

 

Star Jumps - 10 / 15 / 20 reps (increasing by 5 each round)

 

Pushups - 20 secs

 

Star Jumps - 10 / 15 / 20 reps (increasing by 5 each round)

 

Bear Crawl Forward - 15 meters

 

Front Bridge - 30 / 60 / 90 seconds (increasing by 30 seconds each round)

Core:
[3 sets]

 

Bicycles - 15 secs

 

 

As always, don't forget to get a good stretch in to speed recovery and reduce soreness after your workout!
