An athlete's core is key to their entire body stability and strength. Power through this superset to build your core!

Warmup Set:

Up & Out Jacks - 20 reps

 

3-Legged Downward Dog - 5 each way x 2

 

Squat Lunge Combo - 8 reps x 2

Main Superset: [Repeat x3]

Front Bridge - 30 secs

 

Burpees - 15 reps

 

Side Bridge - 15 secs

 

Star Jumps - 20 reps

 

Front Bridge - Rocker - 30 seconds

 

Side-2-Side Squat - 30 secs

Core Set: [Repeat x3]

 

V-Ups - 20 secs

 

 

As always, don't forget to get a good stretch in to speed recovery and reduce soreness after your workout!
