This Week's Workout: Fitness Test Part 2

Following up on last week's Fitness Test, this week has a similar feel, but will challenge other areas and general endurance. How quickly can you push through round 3 this week? Record your results and send it to us (@BridgeAthletic) -- top qualifiers get an exclusive Bridge gym shirt or water bottle.

Warmup Set:

Jumping Jacks - 15 reps

 

Lying Thoracic Mobility - Squeeze - 10 each way x 2

 

Kneeling Spiderman Pushups - 5 each way x 2 

Fitness Test: [Repeat x3]

Burpees - 10 reps, 12 reps, 15 reps (by round)

 

Pushups - 20 reps

 

Squat Lunge Combo - 7 each way

 

Star Jumps - 20 secs

 

Forward Reverse Lunge - 7 each way

 

Incline Clap Pushups - 8 reps 

Core: [Repeat x3] 

Continuous Jacknives - 15 secs

 

 

As always, don't forget to get a good stretch in to speed recovery and reduce soreness after your workout!
