Workout of the Week: Full Body Bodyweight Workout

Get a full body workout without any equipment this week between holidays!

 

Warmup Set:

Up & Out Jacks - 10 reps

 

Lying Thoracic Mobility - 7 each arm

 

Walking Spiderman - 5 each way

Main Set:

[Repeat 3-4 times, 10 second rest between blocks]

 

Lower Body Block:

Forward Reverse Lunges - 7 each 

 

Jumping Lunges - 5 each leg alternating

 

Upper Body Block: 

Pushups - As many as possible in 20 secs

 

Supine Row - As many as possible in 20 secs

 

 

Core Set:

[Repeat 2 times, 10 second rest]

 

Alternating Rope Climb - 10 each side

 

 

As always, don't forget to get a good stretch in to speed recovery and reduce soreness after your workout!
