The last mile, the 4th quarter, the final lap, the 3rd match. Whatever sport you play, you give it your all. Push through this week's Full Body Endurance Test to make sure you're ready to go the distance.

Warmup Set:

Up & Out Jacks - 10 reps

 

Lying Thoracic Mobility - Squeeze - 7 each way x 2

 

Walking Spiderman - 5 each way x 2

Lower Superset: [Repeat x3]

Forward Reverse Lunge - 7 each way

 

Jumping Lunges - 5 each way

 

Upper Superset: [Repeat x3]

Pushups - As many reps as possible in 20 secs

 

Supine Row - As many reps as possible in 20 secs

 

Core: [Repeat x2] 

MB Rope Climb - 10 each way

 

 

As always, don't forget to get a good stretch in to speed recovery and reduce soreness after your workout!
