Winter is behind us and the weather is warming up. Time to use that heat to get moving and improve your metabolic fitness. Grab a medball and a water bottle (remember to stay hydrated!) and knock out this week's MedBall Metabolic Circuit.

Up & Out Jacks - 15 reps
Side -2- Side Squat - 7 each way x 2
Kneeling Spiderman Pushups - 5 each way x 2
Main Superset: [Repeat x3]
MB Squat - Front Raise - 10 reps
MB Standing Woodchops - 5 each way
MB Standing Side Throws - 15 secs
1-Arm MB Pushups - 5 each arm
MB Throwdowns - 30 seconds
Burpees - 15 reps
Core Set: [Repeat x4]
MB Rope Climb - 15 reps
As always, don't forget to get a good stretch in to speed recovery and reduce soreness after your workout!
