Push your limits with this week's fast-paced Metabolic Power Circuit! Get through each circuit as quickly as you can while maintaining good form throughout.

Warmup Set:

Up & Out Jacks - 10 reps


Side Bridge Rotation - 5 each side x 2


Frog Squat - 8 reps x 2

Metabolic Circuit: [Repeat x3]

Burpees - 15 reps


Star Jumps - 15 reps


Pushups - 20 secs


Star Jumps - 15 reps


Bear Crawl Forward - 10 yards


Front Bridge - 30 secs



Core Set: [Repeat x3]


Bicycles - 15 secs



As always, don't forget to get a good stretch in to speed recovery and reduce soreness after your workout!
