Warmup Set:

Jumping Jacks - 15 reps

 

Kneeling Thoracic Mobility - 7 each way x 2

 

Scorpion - 5 each way x 2

Partner Pair Set 1: [Repeat x3]

Partner Squat - 12 reps

 

Partner Clap Pushups - 5 each side

 

Partner Pair Set 2: [Repeat x3]

Partner Wheelbarrow - 10 yds

 

Partner Tuck, Roll, Jump - 5 reps

 

Partner Pair Set 3: [Repeat x3]

Burpees - 15 reps

 

Front Bridge - Rocker - 20 sec

Core Set: [Repeat x3]

 

Partner Situps - 15 reps

 

 

As always, don't forget to get a good stretch in to speed recovery and reduce soreness after your workout!
