This week's WoW:

Challenge yourself this week with a TRX full body circuit workout. Make sure you're keeping proper form with good body lines.  Do each rep slowly and deliberately to get the best workout - this one isn't about speed.

Warmup Set:

Jumping Jacks - 15 reps

 

Bear Crawl Forward - 10 yards

 

Bear Crawl Reverse - 10 yards

Metabolic Circuit:

[Repeat 3 times, 30 second rest after full circuit]

 

TRX Balance Lunges - 5 each

 

TRX Standing Pushups - 10 reps

 

TRX Alligator - 4 each

 

TRX Hamstring Curls - 8 reps

 

TRX Side Bridge - 15 secs

 

TRX Atomic Pushups - 20 secs

Core Set:

[Repeat 3 times, 10 second rest]

 

Seated Rowers - 15 secs

 

 

As always, don't forget to get a good stretch in to speed recovery and reduce soreness after your workout!
