BridgeAthletic and Presidio Sports & Medicine present High Performance Day, a hands-on event designed to equip competitive athletes with the skills, information, tips and techniques they need to compete in endurance sports. The event will include a free personal flexibility, stability and mobility assessment.

Learn about Optimal Performance for Endurance Athletes

High Performance Day will feature a presentation from Nick Folker, strength coach to over 50 Olympians and 22 Olympic medalists, on Optimal Performance For Endurance Athletes. Don't miss his insider tips and techniques that have helped shape some of the world's fastest athletes. Folker will explain the exercises and preparation required for endurance athletes to perform at their peak.

Free Flexibility, Mobility and Stability Assessments

Following Nick's talk, the training experts from BridgeAthletic, makers of custom workout programs delivered to athletes’ smart phones and tablets, will be on hand to provide free athletic assessments for participating attendees. The assessment measures flexibility, mobility and stability.  With a free assessment, athletes will have a better understanding of their strengths and weakness, so they can begin training at a level optimized for them.
