Warmup Set:

Jumping Jacks - 15 reps

 

Split Stance Bent Over Shoulder Combo - 10 each way x 2

 

Bear Crawl - Reverse - 10 yds x 2

Main Superset: [Repeat x3]

Forward Reverse Lunge - 7 each way

 

Jumping Lunges - 30 sec

 

Tempo Pushups (3/0/1) - 15 reps

 

Incline Clap Pushups - 5 reps

 

Partner Squat - 7 reps

 

Burpees - 30 secs

Core Set: [Repeat x3]

 

Side V-Ups - 15 each way

 

 

As always, don't forget to get a good stretch in to speed recovery and reduce soreness after your workout!
