Check out these three highlights:

1. Aaron speaks to the influence of Physical Therapy in the S&C world and how these professions blend.

"I think physical therapists have a lot to learn from strength conditioning coaches and strength and conditioning coaches have a lot to learn from physical therapist. I think we're seeing just more of a blend of our professions in certain aspects."

2. Aaron explains how Squat University got it’s name and why the squat is such an important movement.

"Time and time again, I was seeing athletes of all different backgrounds, all different athletic pursuits fail to perform a great looking deep bodyweight squat. I'm talking about guys that can run a 440, squat 700 pounds, do all these amazing things performance-wise, yet when I took them out of their shoes and said let me see a deep squat, it did not look great. There were shifts, there were twists, there were problems in knee cave. "

3. Aaron shares about his new book, “Rebuilding Milo” and the value people will find in it’s content

"It takes you through back pain, hip pain, ankle pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, elbow pain, anything that are the most common injuries that anyone who enters the weight room, anyone who lifts, enjoys lifting - you  don't have to be a competitive athlete, but if you enjoy lifting and you've dealt with some pains, this book is here to help you."
