"I think physical therapists have a lot to learn from strength conditioning coaches and strength and conditioning coaches have a lot to learn from physical therapist. I think we're seeing just more of a blend of our professions in certain aspects."
2. Aaron explains how Squat University got it’s name and why the squat is such an important movement.
"Time and time again, I was seeing athletes of all different backgrounds, all different athletic pursuits fail to perform a great looking deep bodyweight squat. I'm talking about guys that can run a 440, squat 700 pounds, do all these amazing things performance-wise, yet when I took them out of their shoes and said let me see a deep squat, it did not look great. There were shifts, there were twists, there were problems in knee cave. "
