This Weekend Warrior Workout is an entry-level body weight workout. Your coordination and muscular endurance will be tested. Thoracic mobility, lower-body muscular endurance and shoulder mobility are emphasized in this week. Be sure to focus on form as you navigate through this second Weekend Warrior Workout.
