Warmup Set:

Jumping Jacks - 15 reps


Lying Thoracic Mobility - Squeeze - 7 each way x 2


Bear Crawl Forward - 10 yds x 2




Bear Crawl Reverse - 10 yds x 2



Block 1: [Repeat x3]

Split Squat - 10 sec each


Jumping Lunges - 5 each side


Partner Wheelbarrow - 10 yds


Partner Clap Pushups - 5 each arm


Hindu Pushups - 15 sec


Hindu Squat - 15 sec

Core Set: [Repeat x3]


Side Bridge Opposite Crunches - 10 reps



As always, don't forget to get a good stretch in to speed recovery and reduce soreness after your workout!
