With this month's focus on power and explosiveness, grab a MedBall (7-12% bodyweight) and push through this week's MedBall Power Superset to develop full body strength & stability.

Warmup Set:

Up & Out Jacks - 20 reps


Superman + Shoulder Extension - 8 reps x 2


Frog Squat - 5 reps x 2

Main Superset: [Repeat x3]

MB Standing Woodchop - 7 each way


MB Squat-2-Front Raise - 10 reps


MB Reverse Lunge -2- Chest Press - 7 each side


MB Standing Side Throw - 15 each side


1-Arm MB Pushups - 5 each arm


MB Throwdowns - 15 reps

Core Set: [Repeat x3]


MB Russian Twists - 15 sec



As always, don't forget to get a good stretch in to speed recovery and reduce soreness after your workout!
