SAN FRANCISCO – BridgeAthletic, a world-class provider of athletic training technology platforms, has partnered with CSCAA to deliver exclusive training tips, workout program management tools, and swim-specific exercises designed to help college coaches and swimmers perform their best in this physically demanding sport. Content from BridgeAthletic training experts will address topics such as proper training, technology tips to get the best out of your program and athletes, nutrition, sleep, and how to travel for top meets in order to for teams to arrive in optimal shape when they get to the pool.

Excited about the partnership, Nick Folker, BridgeAthletic Co-Founder and Chief Performance Officer, said “Our goal at Bridge is to empower coaches to build better athletes. We are thrilled to partner with CSCAA to create and deliver content that will help college swim coaches across the county improve their dryland training programs, whether or not they have access to strength staff. It’s a great way for us to work with coaches from top D1 schools as well as smaller D3 programs.”

Executive Director of CSCAA Joel Shinofield said, “We are proud to welcome BridgeAthletic to the CSCAA. Their technology platform and content are truly built to make coaches better at training and managing athlete performance. There’s a reason why so many swimmers that will be competing at the Olympic Trials in June still train with Nick Folker through the BridgeAthletic platform. Their system is utilized at some of the top swim teams and collegiate athletic departments in the nation.”

College swim coaches can expect to see training tips and related content from BridgeAthletic in the monthly CSCAA newsletter as well as in person at the CSCAA convention this May where Folker will be delivering a main address and lead an instructional session. Through this partnership, any CSCAA member will receive their first three months free on an annual subscription to the BridgeAthletic platform.
