BridgeAthletic the industry’s most advanced high performance training software for coaches and athletes, is proud to work with the schools such as Mountain View High School in Mesa, AZ. Check out below how Mountain View High School incorporated BridgeAthletic into their curriculum to support their students through COVID-19.
"Bridge has been a blessing for our entire Physical Education department! We are able to use Bridge for our students who are in a remote learning (full virtual) model, for our students in an in-person model (and get quarantined for various reasons), and also for our student-athletes who are out of season and have limited access to the weight room due to Covid mitigation restrictions. It has been a great enhancement to our curriculum in all of these areas as it has allowed us to create programs and workouts that we can tailor to each specific student including ones who have been active regularly and in advanced Weight Training classes, to those whom this is their first Physical Education class. The Bridge platform allows us to personalize the exercises and workouts as well by linking our own videos to the exercise. Our general Physical Education students have loved seeing "their teachers" demonstrating the appropriate techniques we were looking for in these exercises - and students in a virtual setting felt like they were still "in class". They have also really enjoyed our "playlist" of workouts and the ability to choose which workout for the day is most appropriate for their individual situation (current fitness level, equipment available to them, etc). The variety and customization of Bridge has been really helpful - we love the program!"
