How Dabbs Fitness Utilizes BridgeAthletic

Share:

BridgeAthletic, the industry’s most advanced high-performance training software for coaches and athletes, is proud to work with Dabbs Fitness.

New call-to-action

"The BridgeAthletic software helped us transition from a personal training, to a semi-private personal training model, whilst still maintaining the bespoke coaching and programming process. Each client still has their own program, however with all of the programs being delivered on BridgeAthletic, we are able to create training templates, and then make small tweaks to each client individually. This saves us a lot of time, but also comes across to the client as a very bespoke system and process and maintains our values that each client is different and so should train in a way optimal and individual to them.

BridgeAthletic is particularly useful for our personal training clients in London, who have hectic schedules, and often travel and miss sessions. We are able to assign training to clients to perform when they are unable to attend our gym, so if they miss a training session they can still complete the workout in their own time. We also program our clients when they travel, and assign them a program based on the equipment they have available to them at their hotel. This adds a lot of value to our service.” - James Dabbs, Dabbs Fitness

Dabbs Fitness is among the over 250 elite organizations including teams across every professional sports league and power 5 NCAA conference that use BridgeAthletic to deliver strength and conditioning programs.
