Building Blocks: MB Series 2- Exercise 2
MB Standing Woodchop
Start standing holding the MB with both hands in front of you. With arms extended, raise the MB at a 45-degree angle above your right shoulder. While performing a 1/4 squat, bring the MB down and across your body to the outside of your left knee. Pause. Reverse the arm motion as you stand up and return to the start position. Perform for prescribed reps, then switch sides and repeat on this side.
Coaches tip: Keep your heels down as you squat. Avoid getting on to your toes.
