Check out these three highlights:

1.Mick shares his experience on how to build a tactical program from scratch

“The lowest hanging fruit, to start with, is the academy, because that's when you can have that biggest impact.”

2. Mick explains some key differences and areas of focus in S&C in Australia versus in the United States.

"I think that's what we're really good at, breaking down what our demands are of the sport and investing time in. We're going to make sure that our guys are good at what they do. We want to be professionals. Not just training, but professionals at their activity, and that comes down to breaking it right down and stripping it back."

3. Mick discusses the evolution of training female soldiers and how female sport is leading to better strength and conditioning programming

"You can have all the equipment you want in the world, but you're number one asset is your people. If you don't have your number one asset working because they're off injured, then you're in a whole world of trouble."
